With a mixture of personal experience, enthusiasm and passion, my approach to training is personal, consistent and fun!
As a Glasgow based PT, One of the key ingredients in my training style is fun! You need to enjoy what you are doing or your training fill feel more like a chore – no more workout “dread!” No two bodies are the same, each person is unique and different in their own way and so should their training and nutrition.
About me
My fitness journey first started in August 2019, I was terrified and unsure on how, when and what to do when it came to the gym or fitness. I proceeded to try and train myself but ended up injuring myself very quickly.
After taking a few weeks off from going to the gym and tending to my injury.. (and ego!) I worked up the courage to try again, but this time I decided to approach one of the gym trainers.

Inspired by what my trainer was able to help me achieve, I decided to change careers and get my level 3 personal training qualification and set up my own fully equipped private studio gym so I could help others like me with their fitness goals, help them to feel confident and comfortable in their own skin, and get people loving fitness!
