Package Information
As well as your training sessions with myself in my private studio gym, you will also be provided with workout plans to use in the gym or at home.
Nutritional support, education and guidance – Accelerate results with the correct nutrition for your goals. Your individual calorie intake will be worked out and you will be given my app to track your calories whilst developing an understanding about why we eat certain foods and what these foods can do for our bodies.
Check ins are done weekly to review your performance and ensure progress towards your goal is being made. Via my app, these check ins provide us with an opportunity to reassess progress, nutrition goals and discuss any issues you may be experiencing with your program and can be accessed at any point.
Body composition analysis is done every 3 months by myself to monitor body fat percentage, body measurement, weight and fitness level. This will allow us to monitor each factor of your journey, and again is accusable at any time via my app and is a great tool to track progression.

Inspired by what my trainer was able to help me achieve, I decided to change careers and get my level 3 personal training qualification so I could help others like me with their fitness goals, help them to feel confident and comfortable in their own skin, and get people loving fitness!
